Our Origin Story
Offer a Heart began in Austria, founded by Roman Rieck, who had spent many years designing and manufacturing vending machines.
Starting with traditional gumball machines and later developing systems for tumbled gemstones, Roman built a deep understanding of mechanical reliability and unattended retail environments. Through his work with gemstone cutters, he was introduced to beautifully cut stone hearts — and the concept began to evolve.
Rather than placing the hearts inside plastic capsules, he was determined to dispense the heart shape directly. What followed was nearly two years of development and testing to create a mechanism capable of releasing a gemstone heart smoothly and consistently.
The breakthrough proved successful, and the concept grew steadily from there.
Today, Offer a Heart machines operate in approximately 3,000 locations across Europe and Asia, with continued international expansion.
Designed for Commercial Performance
Every Offer a Heart machine is constructed for durability, reliability and ease of operation.
The system was developed specifically to dispense gemstone hearts without plastic capsules, allowing significantly greater stock capacity while keeping the product itself fully visible.
Each machine offers:
• High stock capacity, with over 1,700 hearts as standard
• Straightforward replenishment
• A non perishable product with no expiry concerns
• Low ongoing maintenance requirements
The result is a dependable vending system designed to operate consistently across a wide range of locations.
Now Introducing Offer a Heart Across the UK
